Following a record breaking 2015, the real estate market in The Woodlands and the greater Houston area in general has returned to a more normal pace. Although the effects of oil prices dropping can be

felt across all industries in Houston it is very unlikely that it will cause a major downturn in home sales. According to industry experts home prices in our area may increase around 3% by the end of the year.

Buyers will enjoy having more options available as the number of months of inventory has increased.

2016 is the perfect time to buy a home because we anticipate stronger price increases for 2017 and interest rates are still low.
